Vehicles A&B services

Mercedes-Benz is A&B European Motors’ primary specialty. The shop also services Sprinter chassis systems, Porsche vehicles from 1998 and newer, and Land Rover / Range Rover vehicles from 2010 and newer. Coach-specific Sprinter concerns are handled case by case.

Before your first visit

Schedule service online or call A&B to discuss your vehicle and service needs.

  • Bring previous service records when they are available so A&B can avoid repeating maintenance and better determine what is due.
  • Remove unnecessary items from the trunk or interior where appropriate.
  • Locate and provide the wheel-lock key if the vehicle has one.

Arrival and drop-off choices

Normal customer drop-offs take place between 7:30am and 9:00am during A&B’s Monday–Friday business hours.

What happens after drop-off

  1. Digital inspection and recommendations. If A&B discovers additional recommendations during service, the digital inspection is attached to the same link sent by text or email.
  2. Review and approval. A&B reviews findings and recommendations with the customer and obtains approval before repairs proceed. Approval may happen by phone or through the digital workflow.
  3. Final digital copy. If there are no additional recommendations, the digital inspection is included with the final digital copy emailed after the repair order is paid.

Staying informed

Most service updates happen by text or phone. Email is also available, and customers may choose their preferred communication method.

Pickup and payment

Normal payment takes place in the office when the vehicle is picked up. For an after-hours pickup, A&B first confirms that the customer has a spare key and then handles payment by phone. A&B does not currently offer online payment.
